Dr Muhammad Ahmad is dedicated to providing holistic, patient-centered care, with a strong belief in building long-term, trusting relationships with his patients. He graduated from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan, in 1991 and brings with him a wealth of experience from working across three continents: Pakistan, South Africa, and Australia.
His diverse background spans hospital care, emergency medicine, general practice (both group and solo settings), rural and regional health, as well as prison and refugee healthcare. This broad scope has given Dr Ahmad a deep understanding of healthcare delivery in a variety of settings and communities.
He will be supervising registrars and will also be the Clinical Director in the clinic. He has a special interest in chronic disease management, children’s health, men’s health, and mental health, and takes pride in delivering continuity of care within the community.
Outside of medicine, Dr Ahmad enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in the wider community. He also likes fishing and watching sports in his downtime.
